Candidate requirements
1-2 years of experience in the field of human resource policy planning and management
Bachelor/Master in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent fields
Agile, good communication; Understand the organization: structure, functions, products and services of the HRM department
TOEIC score of 550 or higher or equivalent certificate
Have office computer skills
Right
Trained and worked with reputable and professional people and organizations
Be given conditions to develop personal abilities
Participate in the Organization's engagement activities
Work location
- Hanoi: Techcombank Head Office - 119 Tran Duy Hung, Cau Giay
Working time
Monday - Friday (from 09:00 to 18:00)
