Job description
1. Collect credit risk data
- Establish data infrastructure requirements for risk management for retail and small BB credit portfolios.
- Develop tools and measures to identify credit risks for retail BB customers.
2. Credit limit, credit risk management
3. Develop early warnings and monitor risks
- Develop Policies, Products, Tools, Mechanisms related to early warning and risk monitoring for small and retail BB customers.
- Perform risk scenario analysis, stress testing and early warning management.
- Coordinate with RBG & Small BB in training business units on risk identification and early warning.
4. Retail portfolio management
- Identify, control and evaluate the investment portfolio quality of the retail banking and small BB segments.
- Prepare periodic reports and extraordinary analysis reports on investment portfolio and analysis as required by the Board of Directors, Board of Directors and relevant units.
- Enhance reporting quality and optimize content on investment portfolio management.
5. Calculate capital needs for credit risks according to regulations.
6. Risk management by retail & small BB segment includes identifying, measuring, minimizing and reporting credit risks: Monitor risk treatment progress, monitor debt portfolios requiring special monitoring special.
Candidate requirements
· 2-3 years of experience in Project, Risk Management
· Have good knowledge of analysis tools Python, SQL,...
· Have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,...).
· Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI,) is an advantage.
· Excellent English reporting skills.
· Methodical and logical approach, ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
· Understanding the ethics of collecting and working with data, accuracy and attention to detail.
· Open thinking, ability to quickly adapt to new technology/new banking working environment and learn new ways of doing things
