Job Description
Target:
- The goal of Customer Service staff at Successful is to help customers achieve efficiency and ease in using KiotViet software by understanding needs, problems and providing support, answers, and solutions. Specific advice for customers
Job:
- Directly go to customers' business addresses according to the assigned list, find out customers' needs and problems during the process of using the software and apply trained professional skills to provide advice. , support for customers.
- Training and instructions on how to use the software for new customers.
- Build and manage good relationships with customers.
- Record complaints from customers & coordinate with relevant departments to handle them according to correct procedures.
- Carry out survey programs to customers, synthesize and report to superiors according to plan
- Listen to customers' suggestions and feedback, synthesize and propose solutions to the product development department to improve the software.
- Manage and report work to superiors according to correct procedures
Candidate requirements
- Intermediate or higher graduation
– Have means of transportation
– Have at least 6 months of Sales/Customer Care experience
– Enthusiastic, have a customer service spirit, take customers as the focus
– Priority is given to candidates with experience working in companies related to technology, telecommunications, banking and finance...
