- Market research, industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Develop product strategy/product concept/portfolio, value proposition to customers CVP (Customer value proposition), positioning, positioning statement, and marketing mix programs to meet customer needs, based on agreement with POs and departments.
- Identify target segments for products/platforms.
- Proposing product design features, key messages/values received by customers, quality, packaging, style, color, aesthetics... through qualitative and quantitative research with customers and potential customers.
- Work with PO & tech teams to jointly build product roadmaps, optimize features to bring good user experience and improve product competitiveness.
- Create mixed marketing plans and execution capabilities to achieve sales results, increase customers/users/brand/market share.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of revenue, output, and P&L of the products in charge.
- Responsible for MKT budget and KPI.
- Coordinate with Marcom Team and Agency to carry out product promotion activities: ATL, BTL, digital.
- Coordinate with the CX team to collect feedback from end users and customers.
- Report on Brand tracking indicators, NPS Customer Satisfaction, Distribution Check....
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from a regular university with good grades or higher, majoring in Marketing/Economics/Journalism/Public Relations and other related majors.
- Minimum English proficiency TOEIC 650 points/IELTS 6.0 or higher or other equivalent certificate, proficient in office information software.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in product marketing - product marketing.
- Have understanding and ability to develop products in many different fields, special ability to understand customers (end users, agents/Retailers sales channels...).
- Have good skills in market research (qualitative, quantitative) - bringing customer needs to life through developing products and services.
- Have good skills in analyzing: Products, customers, competitors, industry and market trends and proposing product strategies, product positioning, managing P factors in marketing: Product , Price, Place, Promotion...
- Have experience working regularly to promote marketing strategies, tactics, communications (marcom), Sales promotion, channel marketing... responsible for the entire marketing process to sell products, increase sales/coverage /revenue – profit of delivered products.
- Have a business acumen and customer-oriented mindset.
- Have analytical skills and develop plans and strategies.
- Have good presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, develop plans and strategies, proactively contact partners and customers, work under tight time pressure, and react quickly.
- Have experience in contacting and working with domestic/foreign partners in English.
