Job Description

  • Draft, assist in drafting, participate in negotiations, and appraise model contracts and domestic and international commercial contracts.
  • Directly participate in foreign investment promotion activities and learn about the laws of new markets.
  • Legal appraisal and participation in projects, decision and implementation of establishment, organization, management, transfer, receipt of transfer of shares, contributed capital, conversion and dissolution of units.
  • Directly participate or support units in resolving legal issues that arise.
  • Control and evaluate the compliance of the internal management document system and propose legal opinions on the development, addition, change or cancellation of regulations.
  • Research and apply legal documents; From there, there are proposals and advice on mechanisms and policies for the Company.
  • Perform other tasks as required
  • Candidate requirements
  • Personnel standards:
  • University/Post-university majoring in Law, Graduated with Honors.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in the related field
  • Good English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC >650),
  • Proficient in using office software, good document editing skills.
  • Skills and qualities:
  • Honest, meticulous, careful, highly responsible, eager to learn, sensitive, agile, dynamic, adaptable.
  • Withstand high pressure, perform many tasks at once with good quality.
  • Good health, sincere and positive attitude to life, likes social activities.
