JOB DESCRIPTION:
Admissions Consultant - Apollo English's representative and bridge to parents. At Apollo, you are not only consultants, but also a source of encouragement, helping students and customers choose the right and meaningful English learning journey.
Specific jobs
1. Consulting on English courses
Contact potential customers by phone through available data to introduce English courses, find out customer needs and convince customers to come to the center to experience a trial lesson.
Schedule placement tests and advise appropriate courses for students.
Register students for classes, arrange classes for students and process course payments
Hand over cash and invoices and payment documents to the treasurer/accounting department
Responsible for individual and team sales
2. Other tasks as assigned by the Center Director
Candidate requirements
● Male or female aged 21 - 30 years old.
● Good communication and ability to advise customers over the phone and in person.
● Having experience related to consulting and customer care is an advantage.
● Ability to work independently and well in a team.
● Can work shifts, weekends and will have time off during the week.
● Communicating in English is quite an advantage.
