- Actively seek and build relationships with potential customers.
- Meet customers, participate in meetings or trade shows.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers to develop detailed strategic business solutions.
- Introduce software and related products to customers.
- Ensure achievement of set sales goals.
- Manage, maintain and update the company's customer information database.
- Prepare weekly business reports and send to superiors.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate work implementation with other colleagues in sales, marketing, customer care,...
- Negotiate contracts and conduct other steps in the sales process.
- Look for opportunities to improve expertise in technology, software and business strategy development.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from University majoring in Economics and IT; Business Management, Marketing...
- Have experience in software business for 3 years or more, with special priority given to candidates with business experience in the field of information technology
- Have good presentation ability
- Willing to work overtime or work on weekends.
- Confident and professional during work.
