Job Description
- Receive new project information from customers and carry out work implementation:
Receive, evaluate and analyze needs from customers
Check the completeness of the information, and request additional information if necessary
Collaborate with customers to resolve problems when problems occur or problems arise during project implementation
Interact regularly with customers to update the progress and quality of the project
Prepare a volume estimate of the project
Negotiate with customers on price, quality, completion time...
Handle problems when problems arise.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to carry out the project
- Caring for and building relationships with customers
- Coordinate with departments to find subcontractors when needed.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with subcontractors, maintain good relationships with large subcontractors who have worked together for many years
- Contribute to the development of Phong Viet.
Candidate requirements
- Good communication, relationship building, negotiation and persuasion skills
