Job description

Build & Develop B2B/GOV Business Customer Network (Domestic & International).

Exploit and analyze customers' needs, current status of digital transformation and technology applications.

Design and propose/Consult/Perform demo for customers about the Services provided by FTI.

Consulting and supporting customers during service implementation.

Maintain good relationships with businesses before - during - after sales, upgrade service packages or expand other services.

Contribute to creating interactions and personalized experiences for customers at every touch point.

- Internet leased line; Server; Data Center
- FPT Virtual Data Center Service, Office 365, Fdrive, Fshare......
- FPT HI GIO Cloud; Microsoft Cloud
- Landline phone service; FPT Oncall; Telephone switchboard 1900/1800; SMS Branding
- Electronic bill; Digital signatures
- FPT Cloud Wifi solution; WiFi Aruba;
- Enterprise Management Solution (FPT x Basevn)
- Cloud computing services (Private/Public cloud).

Candidate requirements

Graduated from College, University or higher with majors in Economics, Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications,...

Priority is given to candidates with B2B Sales experience in IT-related fields (hardware, software, storage, cloud computing, security, digitalization) or understanding/interest in IT solutions and services.

Have good communication and presentation skills.

Able to work independently and in groups.

Good-looking appearance, easy-to-listen voice.

Have a customer service mindset: customer-centered.

Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.
