Job description
• Administration (50%):
o Drafting and storing administrative documents
o Carry out clerical and archival work, process documents, reception, and ceremonies.
o Purchasing goods, internal services, assets and allocating assets, equipment, tools and supplies for the Company's activities (stationery, printing ink) , drinking water, air tickets, express delivery...);
o Implement increases and decreases in social insurance regimes.
• Human resources (50%):
o Carry out monthly/quarterly/annual timekeeping and annual leave tracking.
o Participate and coordinate with relevant departments to build and organize movements, cultural and artistic activities, organize events, and internal communications of the Company;
o Recruitment: Propose reasonable recruitment costs to the Board of Directors, and report recruitment
o Human resources: Interviews, probation, job acceptance, transfer, appointment, and termination.
Candidate requirements
o Female from 25 - 35 years old.
o Graduated from: College/University majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Administration...
o Experience: Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position with a company with over 50 employees or more;
o Have knowledge and skills in building a system of administrative documents;
o Have clerical, archival, and formal reception skills;
o Priority is given to having experience in recruiting BO sector
o Logical thinking, management thinking and coordination
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, making reports and plans;

o (Base salary + allowances): From 12,000,000 VND (Negotiated during Interview)
