Job Description

  • Manage, divide routes, train and guide a team of motorbike drivers (riders) at the station.
  • Supervise, guide work, and arrange coordinating staff to work in shifts at the delivery station.
  • Manage delivery, pickup, and return order journeys in accordance with company standards and regulations.
  • Proactively handle problems that arise daily within the scope of work at the delivery station. Provide instructions and practical solutions at responsible delivery stations.
  • Responsible for transmitting, exchanging information, and disseminating the company's general procedures and regulations to the group of employees working at the station.
  • Report delivery activities periodically as required by Direct Manager and propose solutions, if any.
  • Candidate requirements
  • Have at least 6 months in a team management position of 15-30 people (related to Logistics, supply chain, transportation is a plus)
  • Understand and understand the routes in the area.
  • Able to read and understand reports.
  • Can make reports and analyze data using Excel
  • Experience using order management system
