  • Receive work and conduct field surveys
  • Evaluate the current structural status of the renovation project
  • Supervise construction activities of the main contractor at the project
  • Monitor the construction process of subcontractor teams, promptly detect errors in documents, organize construction and issue warnings of potential risks. Coordinate discussions with parties to change construction plans depending on the actual situation
  • Coordinate with relevant parties to organize acceptance of completed items and acceptance of the entire project (with main contractors and subcontractors). Prepare a record of acceptance of the quality and volume of the project in charge
  • Prepare and manage quality records of assigned construction projects
  • Prepare/check payment documents with investors/main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, construction teams
  • Periodically, make work reports as required
  • Project handover
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Contributing to the development of Phong Viet

Candidate requirements

- Have management, supervision and coordination skills

- Proficient in using office information technology and work support software: Autocad 2D/3D, MS Project...

- Skills in reading and understanding drawings, estimates, and settlement.

- Problem solving and decision making skills.

- Have a sense of responsibility and enthusiasm at work.

- Withstand pressure working environment.

- Going to work outside the province

- Work intermittently

- Good communication and interaction skills internally and externally.

- Graduated from college or university with majors related to construction and architecture - with priority given to majoring in civil and industrial construction and construction economics.

- Priority is given to candidates with work experience in a similar position.

- Understanding how to construct advertising, interior design, communicate and work well with customers and government agencies.
