Job Description
1. Plan data entry to ensure data accuracy
2. Control compliance with service deployment process and contract document management
3. Analyze and provide standards for data entry to meet data requirements
4. Analyze and optimize features to meet customer data management
5. Planning for customer data decentralization and data provision principles
6. Operate the department effectively, towards the Company's overall goals
- Resource planning (resources, people, IT systems...) to ensure the achievement of departmental goals
- Organize and deploy, manage goals, control quality and work progress of the department
- Knowledge management: adding, using, and sharing knowledge within the department and with related departments
- Risk management, process management: Ensuring ethical and legal standards, compliance with internal processes in the field of management"
7. Human resource management
- Human resource planning: manage all human issues in the department, identify issues that directly/potentially affect human resources and come up with solutions
- Work performance management: Set clear priorities, goals and instructions for the team, provide resources to support the team in achieving goals, regularly monitor, evaluate and provide timely feedback for the team
- Training and developing human resources: Planning development, creating learning opportunities, providing direction/consulting... for employees; Participate in the process of selecting and building talent for the Company
- Developing organizational culture: Building a culture of cohesion within the team"
Candidate requirements
Education :
- Graduated from university, majoring in statistics and data management is preferred.
Experience :
- Minimum 2 years working experience in the field of system analysis/development.
- Experience related to data entry and management of customer documents and documents for at least 2 years.
- Minimum 5 years management experience.
Required Knowledge and Professional Skills:
- Knowledge of Insight, Dashboard, Report systems
- Knowledge of the Company's products and services
- Knowledge of internal processes, regulations and decentralization
- Knowledge of CRM System and other data management systems
- System and business analysis skills
- Data Analysis skills
- MS office, PI.

Right
Remuneration (salary, bonus, salary review):
– Monthly salary 30-40M/month + Bonus + annual KPIs + Holiday benefits.
– Sign a labor contract, pay full insurance, take 12 days of annual leave, and holidays according to State regulations.

– Salary mechanism with 3 income rounds, with monthly and annual KPI bonuses. Salary formula annual income package (Average income 14 - 15 months salary/year).
