Job Description

Job Description:
- Build and develop sales channels within assigned territories/regions.
Recruit, train, and develop sales staff within assigned territories/regions. - Develop business plans for teams; report plans and implementation progress to the Leadership Board.
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Seek, meet, and connect with customers. - Negotiate, sign contracts, monitor, and follow up on customer debts.
- Organize product training, sales skills training as planned.
- Supervise pre-sales and after-sales customer care activities.
- Propose sales mechanisms, policies, and marketing programs for target product groups.
- Update, analyze, and provide market information, competitor information; Develop business plans for specific stages.
- Other tasks assigned by the General Director.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduated from universities in Economics, Business Administration, etc.
Have at least 02 years of experience in equivalent positions; Candidates who have worked in the Insurance, Education, Retail business fields are preferred. - Negotiation skills, personnel management, leadership skills.
- Able to withstand work pressure; ability to travel; having a driver's license is an advantage.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- Good communication skills, agility, quick response.
- Pleasant appearance, fluent in speaking, confident;
- Age: From 30 - 45 years old.
