Job Description

  • Research customer insight to come up with advertising strategies
  • Cut and combine videos to run ads from KOL materials, live videos, and PR department videos
  • Follow monthly regulations to adjust prices, sale programs, and vouchers on TikTok Shop
  • Handling arising issues related to ads, operating Tiktok Shop: resisting TikTok Shop policy violations, working and maintaining relationships with AM, following customer service, handling negative customer reviews
  • Candidate requirements
  • Priority is given to having experience running TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, hard FB Ads (if not, training will be provided)
  • Study fields related to MKT
  • Can work full time
  • Actively discuss with leaders and colleagues

  • Fixed salary: 7,000,000 - 10,000,000 VND/month + Allowances + Percentage of revenue
  • Review salary increase 2 times/year
  • Fully pay social insurance; Travel 1-2 times a year, holidays and holidays according to state policy
  • Get trained and practice on the growing marketplace platform TikTok Shop
  • Updated with the latest skills and techniques from TikTok Shop, with Ads support directly from TikTok Shop
  • Runs on green TikTok channel, prioritized for distribution, runs on official business accounts, unlimited accounts
  • Participate in training sessions by senior leaders on professional skills and working culture every month to become an all-round MKT
  • Work location
  • - Hanoi: 138 Tran Vy, Cau Giay
  • Working time
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., lunch break 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
    Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., lunch break 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.
