Job description
Implementing the management and collection of Unsecured & Credit Card debts via phone for customers with overdue debts (debts 91-150 days late) at VPBank, implementing operational measures to collect debts , request the customer to settle the loan at VPBank:
- Call to access and collect debts from difficult to collect customers and VIP customers. Follow until
when customers complete the debt repayment process through Vpbank's debt collection system
- Manage debt settlement documents within the scope of assigned work.
- Warn the Department Head of cases where the Client needs to turn to litigation or fraud
- Make periodic and extraordinary reports on debt collection to Management when requested
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors according to regulations of each Bank
period.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from high school or higher.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in debt collection over the phone at Banks, AMCs, and Organizations
Finance, Debt Collection Company, ...
- Have communication, negotiation and negotiation skills.
- The voice is decisive, clear, easy to hear.
- Ability to work under high pressure, handle situations flexibly.
- Have good health, be hard-working, and be willing to work overtime to achieve work efficiency.
- Basic use of office information technology applications Word, Excel, Outlook,...
