Job description
- Collect, synthesize, and track weekly/periodical data on the Division's business activities: debt, contract numbers, sales;
- Monitor activities and KPIs of units;
- Support data processing, analysis, and report preparation;
- Support the supervision and urging of units and departments in implementing assigned plans and goals;
- Support departments and divisions to resolve arising issues related to projects, contracts, programs, activity plans... according to the direction of the Department Head
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from University majoring in Economics, Finance, Accounting;
- Having knowledge of software project management is an advantage;
- Proficient in using office software (MS Word/PowerPoint). Excellent ability to use MS Excel.
- Good data processing ability;
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in accounting and human resources
- Able to handle large workloads and ensure output quality.
- Able to use English at a basic level (reading, writing)

- Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30 | Monday - Friday;
